Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Phillips County, Colorado. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. You will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
