Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine operator in Norman County, Minnesota. You will work in a packaging factory. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage You will run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; set up and start the machine as per the job card; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers.
