Turning centre operator — Benton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Benton County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Your main tasks: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
