Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
