Visual inspection operator — Tofa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Tofa, Kano State. The role involves: • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Rotating shifts.
