Great opportunity: we are hiring an order picker operator in Ripley County, Indiana. You will be based on a factory shop floor. Your main tasks: • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch • Pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner What we are looking for: • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Accurate, careful stock handling Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
