In-process quality controller — Iseyin

Now hiring: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Iseyin, Oyo State. Day-to-day duties: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch You should have: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
