We are recruiting: we are hiring a double glazing installer in Dawson County, Texas. You will be based in a shopfront glazing company. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders • Own basic hand tools an advantage Day to day you will cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; replace cracked or broken window panes; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
