Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in Knox County, Missouri. The job is on a golf course. The role involves: • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Ideal candidate: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
