Backhoe operator — Seneca County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Seneca County, Ohio. You will be based in an open-cast quarry. Requirements: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Day to day you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
