Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Lincoln County, Arkansas. You will work at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
