On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
