Bread baker — Sevier County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Sevier County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Rotating shifts.
