Kitchen steward — Robertson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Robertson County, Tennessee. The job is in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
