Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Part-time with flexible hours.
