Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Polk County, Georgia. The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 1+ years on the tools preferred.
