Kitchen cook — De Baca County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in De Baca County, New Mexico. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
