Dough maker wanted in Venango County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Venango County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a bread factory. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
