Elevator service technician — Perry County

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Perry County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 4+ years on the tools preferred.
