CO2 welder — Trumbull County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Trumbull County, Ohio. You will work at a busy production line. Your main tasks: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
