Kitchenhand — Chemung County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Chemung County, New York. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
