Scaffolder — Pocahontas County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffolder in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. You will work on a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips What we are looking for: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards We offer $15 per hour plus benefits.
