Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Hillsdale County, Michigan. The job is at a banquet hall. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
