Hydraulic crane operator — Saint Joseph County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Saint Joseph County, Michigan. You will work on a busy construction site. On a typical shift you will watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
