Commercial refrigeration engineer — Inyo County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Inyo County, California. The job is in an AC and refrigeration showroom. Day-to-day duties: • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays You should have: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
