We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Nottingham, England. You will work at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
