Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar worker in Highlands County, Florida. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations The role involves: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift 3+ years on the tools preferred.
