Paint booth operator — Adair County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Adair County, Iowa. You will work on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time, day shift. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
