Kitchenhand — Oxfordshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Oxfordshire, England. You will work in a catering unit. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies 5+ years on the tools preferred.
