Commis chef wanted in Roane County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Roane County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line We offer $16 per hour plus benefits.
