Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State. You will work at a busy refrigeration workshop. You should have: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds Your main tasks: • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Service split AC units and VRF systems Six days a week, one day off.
