Immediate opening: baker (Missouri)

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Adair County, Missouri. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 3+ years on the tools preferred.
