Insulation installer — Colfax County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation installer in Colfax County, Nebraska. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing On the job you will handle: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding 4+ years on the tools preferred.
