Now hiring: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Phelps County, Missouri. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Confident with standard crane hand signals You will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads.
