Chiller technician • Wudil, Kano State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chiller technician in Wudil, Kano State. You will work on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. The role involves: • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns Six days a week, one day off.
