Vacancy available: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Greene County, Illinois. You will be based on a new-build development. You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks On a typical shift you will spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
