Restaurant steward — Jefferson Davis Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 2+ years on the tools preferred.
