VMC operator — Bullock County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a VMC operator in Bullock County, Alabama. The role involves monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
