Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Waseca County, Minnesota. The role involves grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
