The role involves: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
