Argon welder — Todd County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Todd County, South Dakota. You will work on an industrial construction site. You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight On a typical shift you will read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
