Powder coating line operator — Zapata County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Zapata County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 1+ years on the tools preferred.
