Elevator technician — Winnebago County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Winnebago County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
