Immediate opening: crane operator (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Camp County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts The role involves: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
