Immediate opening: trainee butcher (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Madison County, Indiana. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
