Join our team: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Sawyer County, Wisconsin. The role involves run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards 1+ years on the tools preferred.
