Dish pit attendant — Saline County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Saline County, Illinois. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
