Join our team: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Wayne County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
