Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Brighton and Hove, England. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer £2,450 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
