Surface coating operator — New Kent County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in New Kent County, Virginia. You will work at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time.
